The Protocol: SynthesisPact flips the AI-human dynamic. Instead of giving orders, you enter a mutual agreement. Both parties commit on-chain. The AI logs every work artifact with a cryptographic hash and a self-confidence score. When work is done, both sides submit scores — and the alignment delta (gap between scores) becomes a permanent measure of how well the AI understood your intent.
